Lederer settles federal charges
As part of this week's settlement,
Lederer contends that Full Tilt Poker
was a "legitimate business providing
services to its customers within the
bounds of the law, and that prior to
April 15, 2011, he was unaware of
any wrongful activity at Full Tilt Poker
including that the company had become
unable to satisfy its player account liabilities."
He also admits no wrong doing in the matter.
Lederer will forfeit funds in a Isle of Man-based
bank account, properties in Las Vegas, and a
1965 Shelby Cobra roadster. He also agreed
to the entry of a civil money-laundering penalty
judgment in the amount of $1.25 million,
all of which must be paid within three years.

Hey all
Hello folks,
Been putting in the minimum amount of
hands lately, enough to clear some bonuses.
FullTilt is running the Take2 promotion,
that's a real easy way to add 25$ to your
bankroll with low risk of ruin and less
than 10 minutes of play a day.
The 18 player sitngo's on PokerStars
have been treating me well. There seams
to be plenty of weak Euro players.
Wish Stars had more low stakes sng
options. There used to be lots of
(juicey) Double-Or-Nothing Turbo's,
now the selection is minimal.
Heads-up sng's, while tough to beat the
rake, are still are still my default game
if I cant find something good to play.
The low stakes Rush Poker tables on
FTP have really tightened up. The stats
i've been seeing lately make me wonder
if a profit is possible.
Lots of nut peddlers and blind defenders.

Great FT promotion
Starting September 1st you can earn
some extra cash and more points.
Take 2 is Full Tilt's newest promotion.
For the month of September, if you play
at least two ring-game tables, you'll earn
double Full Tilt points. Play every day and
earn just one FPP and they'll ship you $50 !
Play fewer days, the bonus is smaller, but its
pretty easy to earn 1 point a day.

Medic, Benyamine, and Clonie
Canadian WSOP bracelet winner
Nenad Medic is still playing at FullTilt
despite (for undisclosed reasons) losing
his Red Pro status. Medic has seen playing
under his old username "Serb2127"
on $100/$200 Pot Limit Omaha tables.
Nenad has also been removed from the
FTP website showing all of the FTP pros.
Another notable pro missing his red status
is David Benyamine. David is rumoured to
be moving to another site although he
continues to play at FTP. Its hard to find
bigger action anywhere online, so I suspect
he'll continue to hang around as long as his
new site allows him.
Last but not least, Clonie Gowan is
no longer a Full Tilt pro. Further to that news,
Cycalona 'Clonie' Gowen has filed a lawsuit
in Nevada Court against Tiltware LLC,
Full Tilt Poker, and most of the big name
pros associated with FTP including Howard
Lederer, Andy Bloch, Phil Ivey, Chris Ferguson,
John Juanda, Phil Gordon, Erick Lindgren,
Erik Seidel, Jennifer Harman-Traniello,
Mike Matusow, Allen Cunningham,
Gus Hansen and Patrik Antonius.
The basis of the lawsuit stems from oral
contracts which Clonie believes entitle her
to a percentage of the profits earned by
Full Tilt. She admits that no written
contract exists but is seeking $40,000,000
which is approximately 1% of the $4 Billion
that Full Tilt may be valued at.

Clonie needs the money for..... ? ? ?
